OILS AND LUBRICANTS
We carry hydraulic oil for many uses. What we have in stock: Tractor Oil: A premium multi-use fluid for use in tractor hydraulic systems, transmissions, differentials, wet brake systems, and hydrostatic drives. AW 32- hydraulic fluid roughly equivalent to a 10-weight oil. Its thinner viscosity makes it the ideal fluid for machinery requiring faster power transfer and cold-weather performance. AW46- It is primarily used to transmit power, lubricate moving parts, and prevent wear in high-pressure mobile and industrial machinery operating in moderate to warm climates. AW68- A high-pressure industrial, agricultural, and mobile equipment operating in hotter climates or under heavy loads. The thicker oil film provides excellent protection for demanding hydraulic pumps, piston systems, and gears. ATF- is a specialized type of hydraulic fluid engineered to transmit power, lubricate moving parts, and control friction. 15W-40-primarily a heavy-duty diesel engine oil, but it is also widely used as a multi-functional hydraulic fluid—especially in heavy agricultural, construction, and earth-moving machinery (such as skid-steer loaders, tractors, and excavators).
FITTINGS AND ADAPTERS
These compression-style hydraulic hose fittings feature RoHS-compliant plating, are non-skive, and are available in a large variety of end configurations. Our fittings are on par with Parker's HY Fittings. HOSE COVERS AND ACCESSORIES
Hydraulic hose covers—often called protective sleeves, spiral wraps, or guards—are primarily used to protect hoses from friction, environmental damage, and wear. They act as a durable, secondary layer to significantly extend the lifespan of hydraulic systems. What we have in stock: Spring Guard are used in the Agriculture, Construction, Industrial, Logging, Marine, Mining, Mobile Equipment, Oil & Gas industries. Nylon Sleeving - These woven nylon hose guards slide on over hydraulic hose and provide hose protection against abrasion, leaks, and wear. Nylon sleeving also protects operators from leakage or fluid spray from damaged hoses. Multiple Hose Guard sizes are available for all applications. Spiral Poly - also called plastic hose wrap, is designed for lighter duty hose protection applications. Somewhat similar to spiral steel wrap, the spiral poly wrap is made from helix-cut plastic and is available in 10 sizes, from 0.38” I.D. to 3.9” I.D. Spring Steel Wrap- or steel armor guard, for ultimate hose protection. This extra heavy-duty hose protection has a flat steel armor that is designed to protect hoses from crushing and other dangers.
